区役所へIDカードの手続きに行く。これまでに何度往復した事だろう。
これからさらに3週間ほど待たされようやく手に入る模様。
まあそれだけ移民が多く住んでいるのだろう。


Went to the commune for following the necessary procedures to get ID card. I don't remember how many times to go there before.
After more 3 months I can get it finally.
This commune's idleness is result of that there are many immigrants in Brussels, I hope.
