今日はinterboro partnersというアメリカを中心に活躍しているユニットの講演会を聴いた。
彼らのプロジェクトholding patternは、周辺住民にヒアリングを行ない彼らが今の生活に必要としているものをリサーチ、それらを実際に作って会場内に設置して地域の人が集れる場所をつくるというもの。そして展覧会終了後にはそれぞれをヒアリングした人の元に届けて個々の生活に役立ててもらう。
リサーチベースの展覧会の手法として面白いし、彼らのグラフィックも良い。


Today I heard the lecture of interboro partners, USA-based unit.
Their project holding pattern is to make hearings with neighborhoods what they want for their daily life and to make them in real, put them on the site and make the place neighborhoods can come freely. Then after finishing the exhibition, give them people whom made hearing with and they can use them in daily life.
It is new type of research-based exhibition and their graphic is so cool.
